Time to meet Emma and Jake - they are new to the Tiddly Inks family and are sure to become fast favorites. It's challenge time at Tiddly Inks!  You have two weeks to enter our challenge and this week our theme is "Wings".  There are plenty of great images over at Tiddly Inks to pick from... Lot's of fairies, butterflies, buggs and birds... Just remember we ask that you use a Tiddly image to join in the fun.  It's a great chance to win more adorable images.

I decided to work with "Fluttering by to say Hi" image and she was just too cute to only use once.  I've been working a lot on my coloring variations and decided it would be cute to show one image colored three different ways on a single card.  I think it turned out wonderfully!

I used this great image called Socialite inked up with my Copics.  The background is a Cricut cut and the chipboard, flowers and trims were all from the dollar bin (which turned into a $2.00 bin lately) at Michaels.  Lots of distress ink and some edge distressing finished it off.

Tiddly Inks Inspiration Friday

It seems like forever since I've posted... my bad!  My life has taken some unexpected twists lately and our household is getting turned upside down (literally).  It hasn't kept me from coloring, in fact, that's what is keeping me sane!  But getting the images onto cards hasn't been easy lately.  Hoping things will settle down a bit and I'll get a day to create soon!

But it is Inspiration Friday over at Tiddly Inks and I couldn't miss the opportunity to show off this wonderful image, "The Conductor"... He makes such a cute birthday or special occasion for the little boy in your life.  I just love him!

He is colored up with my Copics and the design is clean and simple... Just some colorful scraps, a great punch from EK Success and a simple scrap of bakers twine!  The design really lets the image take center stage!

Tiddly Inks - #101 - Anything Goes

We are back in full swing over at Tiddly Inks after a wonderful holiday break with lots of things to share with you.  The first post I have today is that it is "Challenge 101 - Anything Goes" time.  It's a great time to join in the fun with no restrictions... We just ask that you use a Tiddly Ink design - and with so many wonderful images to pick from, that shouldn't be a problem.

I picked one of Christy's newer images called Faythe.  Isn't she precious?  I just loved inking this one up with my Copics.  I added lots of lace and ribbon to some great MME papers.  The sentiment ribbon charm is a Spellbinders die as is the lacy oval frame.
