Steampunk goes wild...



This was soooo much fun to create... I've been working on it for about two weeks, not really sure what I was doing, but loving the images so much that just kept trying to mix and match them to get it all to come together. I started with the adorable ladies from TidlyInks, then came up with the wonderful Steampunk treehouse from Make It Crafty. Then added the amazing frame from Delicious Doodles. After all the coloring with my Copics I layed some scrap paper, some funky ribbon mesh , some lace, on the background before adding the images. The the buttons, butterfly, roses, flowers, and the such all found a home on the by-now-very-heavy card. I ended up spraying some Glimmer Mist in copper over most of it, giving it a little added sparkle and speckled grunge look. I hope you enjoy!

    This card has all the elements of TLC Jodi, I can see how it has taken two weeks to make, but worth every minute, you should be very pleased with yourself, as the card is a stunner! Whoever is the recipient I hope it is appreciated.
