It's Tiddly Tuesday and that mean's it's time for another great challenge! This one is a struggle for some of us (those who "never know when to stop") because the challenge is "Clean and Simple" - not a normal style for most of the girls on this design team - including me! But a lot of Christy's images lend well to this design principal because they so easily stand on their own without a ton of embellishing! I used this adorable image called "Wryn - Grow a little love" and it was perfect for this simple card. The only thing it needed was some embossed papers and a couple of scraps cut into banner shapes. Simple, but lovely!
Now it's your turn... I want to see what you can do with clean and simple. Does it come easy?
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Make it Monday - linky party
Papertake Weekly - anything goes
Twisted Tuesday - spring into green
Creative Craft Challenges 2 - Mom's Day
CRAFT Challenge - use embossing
Crafty Bloggers Network - spring or pastel
Totally Gorjuss - anything goes with pink
Craft Us Crazy - anything goes

What an adorable card, Jodi! Love the beautiful embossed background and your great coloring on the cute image. Thank you so much for sharing with us at Make It Monday this week. ^_^
This is sooo sweet! I have a question though, the little spiky card holder, I've seen those all over blogland, what exactly is it and where do I find one?!
Thanks!!
Sarah, those are called "frogs" and they were originally designed to be for floral arrangements... They work great for holding up cards during photography. They can normally be found in the floral department of a typical craft store.
Hugs,
Jodi
Firstly, I never would have guessed that to be called a "frog" from Sarah's question. I googled her exact words, "spiky card holder thingy" and got zip! Thanks for answering her question and secondly, LOVE your CAS design. So much character with perfectly coordinating colors and the image is ADORABLE!!
