I am a day late (and unfortunately a dollar short) to post this, but I wanted to share it today to say "Happy Friday" to all my cyberpeeps!
Our challenge this month over at Whimsy Stamps is Shabby Chic / Vintage. I used this wonderfully versatile stamp from artist Moma's Collection called Garden Party to create my version of a shabby chic card. I left it without a sentiment figuring I could add one inside when I am ready to gift this one. It's so versatile that it would make a great card for a birthday, anniversary, get well, good luck,.... etc.
I used a Spellbinders die for the frame, a paper doily, some design papers from DCWV, and then a IO die cut for the fence. The flowers and lace are just from my stash and the pearls are from Prima. The edges are distressed and inked to give it more of a shabby feel.
Come join our challenge at Whimsy - it's a great chance to win some fantastic prizes!
I will be entering this card in the following challenges:
Crafting by Design - Anything goes
Southern Girls Challenge - Shimmer and shine
Penny's Paper Crafty Challenge - Anything goes
