I have a wonderful friend who is going through a rough time right now with the health of her mom. I wanted to send her a card to let her know I was thinking of her and praying for her and her family. This card I created last time Torrey was here just seem to say what I was wanting to convey.
I used the adorable stamp collection from My Favorite Things called Ewe Are The Best. If I remember right the challenge Torrey had given me before I made this one was "black and white with one pop of color"... not my easiest challenge, but I think I pulled it off. It's smaller than normal but the images dictated the size, (2.75" x 4.25").
The images are colored with my Copics, fussy cut out cause I don't have the die cuts to match, and placed on a simple blocked background. Nothing special in the design, but I think it fit the mood well.

ReplyDeleteSuch a delightful card! I love the scene you created and your
ReplyDeletecolouring is lovely.
I've had to amend the challenge at Little Red Wagon to ask crafters to specifically post the dimensions of their project due to some of the entries we've received. Although it does indeed look like your card is an unusual size, I'm afraid I can't consider it for our Featured Post if the size isn't posted. I'll pop back before our challenge ends though, so please do list the dimensions. (: ~JanR - LRW DT
