The talented designer Kathy Zaban has just released a new set of stamps over at Copic Marker Scrapbooking. They are called Under the Sea and it's a great set including a couple of mermaids, several fish and the cutest sea horses... I used the cute clown fish on the bottom card - and made it into a fish bowl with a cute sentiment... It's simple, but I thought it turned out cute.
On the top card I used one of her mermaid stamps. I had already chosen the papers I wanted to use on this card, so I matched the papers with my Copic colors. I thought it turned out so wonderfully rich and vibrant. I just love the color's on this card. I added some distress ink just to help match the papers a little and to add some depth to the edges of each of the layers of paper. Some trim and a bubbly bow out of a beautiful sheer ribbon finished it off.
